Grenada visas, from Pakistan.

The main route to full Grenadian citizenship: a one-time, non-refundable contribution to the National Transformation Fund covering the whole family, with no residence requirement and no need to visit Grenada. This is the route that makes you eligible — after three years' domicile — to apply for the US E-2 treaty investor visa.

• Non-refundable US$235,000 contribution to the National Transformation Fund, paid only after approval in principle
• Application filed through an IMA-authorised local agent — the Investment Migration Agency does not accept direct applications
• IMA Forms 1–6 completed in English and legalised: personal information, fingerprints, Home Affairs particulars, medical, employment/wealth, investment confirmation
• Police character certificate from Pakistan and every country lived in for 12 months or more since age 16
• Medical certificate confirming freedom from communicable disease, plus MOFA-attested birth and marriage certificates
• Documented source of funds: FBR tax returns, audited accounts, property or share sale deeds and matching bank statements

Citizenship through the purchase of an interest in a government-approved, Gazetted project — usually a resort, hotel or villa development. Same passport and same E-2 position as the donation route, with a recoverable asset instead of a contribution.

• Minimum US$270,000 for a share in an approved project, or US$350,000 for sole ownership
• Additional US$50,000 non-refundable government fee for the main applicant and up to three dependants
• Project must appear on the IMA's Gazetted list of approved projects on the date you sign
• Signed sale and purchase agreement plus escrow or developer confirmation that funds were received
• Same forms, police certificates, medical, interview and source-of-funds evidence as the NTF route
• Five-year holding period if the unit is later to be resold as a qualifying CBI investment to another investor

Pakistan is on Grenada's "prior to arrival" list, so this visa must be issued by a Grenadian mission before you travel — for tourism, family visits, medical treatment, business meetings or a CBI project inspection. The length of stay is set by the immigration officer at the port of entry, commonly up to three months.

• Completed Grenada visa application form in blue or black ink, signed
• Passport valid at least six months beyond your departure date from Grenada, submitted with the application
• Two passport photographs no more than three months old, one certified by a notary public or Justice of the Peace
• Visa fee by certified cheque or money order, or paid online at pay.gov.gd, plus a prepaid return courier for the passport
• Return or onward ticket, hotel booking or host's invitation letter, and 3–6 months of bank statements where requested
• A separate US, UK or Schengen transit visa for your connecting airport — there are no direct flights from Pakistan

Grenada has no separate long-stay visitor, retirement or medical visa. Instead the Immigration Department in St George's extends the period granted on arrival, normally in blocks of up to three months — used for extended family visits, convalescence or long winter stays.

• Application to the Immigration Department before the entry stamp expires — overstaying jeopardises future entry
• Passport showing the original entry stamp and entry visa
• Bank statements or proof of funds covering the extended period
• Letter setting out the reason for the extension and your intended departure date
• Grenadian host or sponsor's supporting letter and ID where you are staying privately

For Pakistani students admitted to St George's University (MD, veterinary medicine, public health, pre-med) or T.A. Marryshow Community College and other approved institutions. Because Pakistan is a "prior to arrival" nationality, the entry visa must be issued before you travel; permission to remain is then renewed with the Immigration Department each academic year while you are enrolled.

• Unconditional acceptance or offer letter from the Grenadian institution, plus receipt for tuition or deposit paid
• Evidence of funds for tuition and living costs for at least the first year: bank statements and a sponsor's affidavit of support
• HEC-verified and MOFA-attested transcripts, degrees and certificates
• Medical report and health insurance valid in Grenada
• Police character certificate and a passport valid for the full course
• Annual renewal of stay with the Immigration Department against a current enrolment letter

The employer-sponsored route: a Grenadian employer applies for permission to employ a non-national, and the permit is tied to that employer and post. Business owners running their own registered Grenadian company apply on the same basis for themselves. Working on a visitor's visa is not permitted.

• Grenadian employer files the application with the ministry responsible for labour on your behalf
• Evidence the post was advertised locally and no Grenadian or CARICOM national was available
• Signed contract of employment and detailed job description stating salary and duration
• MOFA and HEC-attested degrees, plus professional registration where the role is regulated (medicine, nursing, engineering, teaching)
• Police character certificate from Pakistan, medical certificate and passport photographs
• Business registration with the Corporate Affairs and Intellectual Property Office (CAIPO) where you are the employer or self-employed

Long-term residence status for people already living lawfully in Grenada on work, study or family permission, and for financially independent retirees. It also exists as an option under the NTF route — investors may take permanent residence first and apply for citizenship later. Naturalisation afterwards requires a qualifying period of lawful residence set by the Citizenship Act and applied case by case, so confirm it with us before planning around it.

• Evidence of continuous lawful residence in Grenada: passport stamps and copies of every permit held
• Proof of income, pension or business earnings sufficient to support yourself without public funds
• Police character certificates from Pakistan and every country lived in for 12 months or more
• Medical report and proof of accommodation in Grenada (title deed or registered lease)
• Two character references from Grenadian citizens or established residents

Spouses and children accompanying a work permit holder or a student are admitted as dependants and renew their permission alongside the main holder. A dependent spouse cannot take any paid work without obtaining a work permit of their own.

• MOFA-attested marriage certificate, or children's birth certificates naming the sponsor
• Sponsor's valid work permit or current enrolment letter, plus proof of income
• Proof of accommodation and medical insurance covering the family in Grenada
• Entry visa issued before travel — Pakistani dependants cannot obtain one on arrival
• A separate work permit application before a spouse takes any paid employment

A person married to a Grenadian citizen may apply to be registered as a citizen, subject to proof of a genuine subsisting marriage and satisfactory background checks. Qualifying periods are applied case by case, so confirm the current requirement with us before you file.

• Marriage certificate registered in Grenada; a Pakistani certificate must be MOFA-attested and legalised
• Sponsoring spouse's Grenadian passport or citizenship certificate and proof of their status
