Global Business Mobility – Senior or Specialist Worker Visa
Lets multinational employers transfer senior managers and specialist staff from an overseas branch into a linked UK entity — the modern successor to the old Intra-Company Transfer route.
- Sponsorship by a UK entity linked to the overseas employer
- 12 months' prior employment with the group (unless a high earner)
- Minimum salary of £52,500 or the going rate, whichever is higher
- Role at senior manager or specialist skill level
Seasonal Worker Visa

Graduate Visa (Graduate Route)
Lets international students stay on in the UK to work or job-hunt at any skill level for two years (three for PhD holders) after completing a UK degree, with no sponsor required. Non-PhD duration reduces to 18 months for applications made from 1 January 2027.

Short-term Study Visa

- No work rights permitted; route cannot be extended
UK Transit Visa
For nationals who need to pass through or change flights in the UK en route to a third country, available in an airside-only version or a landside version for those crossing UK border control.
- Confirmed onward ticket and visa (if required) for the final destination
- Valid passport (6+ months validity)
- Visitor in Transit must leave the UK within 48 hours; Direct Airside Transit passengers stay airside and never pass UK border control
- No intention to enter the UK beyond the transit zone/border
Medical Visit Visa (Private Medical Treatment)

Fiancé(e) / Proposed Civil Partner Visa

- Sponsor meeting the minimum income requirement (£29,000) or savings equivalent
- Adequate accommodation available in the UK

Adult Dependent Relative Visa
For parents, grandparents, or other adult relatives of a UK-settled person who require long-term personal care that isn't available or affordable in their home country.

UK Ancestry Visa
Lets Commonwealth citizens with a UK-born grandparent live and work freely in the UK for five years, with no sponsor, salary threshold, or English test required.
